Frozen Greek Yogurt Peanut Butter Cups

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup zero-sugar vanilla Greek yogurt

  • 1/3 cup peanut butter

  • 2 Tbsp honey or sugar-free syrup

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/3 cup Lily’s chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey (or syrup), and vanilla until smooth.

  2. Fold in the chocolate chips.

  3. Spoon the mixture into a silicone mini muffin pan.

  4. Freeze overnight (or until firm).

  5. Pop them out and enjoy straight from the freezer!

    Storage: Keep leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer.
