Frozen Greek Yogurt Peanut Butter Cups
Ingredients:
1 cup zero-sugar vanilla Greek yogurt
1/3 cup peanut butter
2 Tbsp honey or sugar-free syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup Lily’s chocolate chips
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey (or syrup), and vanilla until smooth.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Spoon the mixture into a silicone mini muffin pan.
Freeze overnight (or until firm).
Pop them out and enjoy straight from the freezer!
Storage: Keep leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer.
