Frozen Banana Peanut Butter Cups

2 ingredients- nothing fancy! Fantastic toddler snack to have on hand or if you need a little somethin’! :)

I used these mini muffin silicone pans- they just pop right out!

Ingredients:

  • Bananas (as many as you’d like)

  • Peanut butter of choice (about 1–2 tsp per slice, depending on thickness)

Instructions:

  1. Melt the peanut butter in 15–30 second intervals, stirring between rounds, until smooth and pourable.

  2. Slice the bananas to your preferred thickness. (Thicker slices use less peanut butter.)

  3. Place banana slices into a mini silicone muffin pan.

  4. Top each slice with about 1–2 tsp melted peanut butter. Adjust based on your slice thickness and preferences.

  5. Freeze overnight. Pop them out and enjoy!

  6. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer.
