Cheesy Chicken Goodles Pasta

I can’t believe how good this was, and it was SO easy to throw together! My more selective autistic kiddo said it tasted like meatballs! (They love my chicken meatballs haha).

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound ground chicken breast

  • 24 oz jar low-sodium pasta sauce

  • 2 boxes Twist My Parm Goodles

  • 1/2 cup fat-free Fairlife Milk, or your milk of choice

  • 4 oz Italian Shredded Cheese Blend, or your cheese of choice

Instructions:

  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil.

  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook the ground chicken. Add the pasta sauce to the ground chicken and bring to a simmer. Reduce the heat to low and simmer while the pasta cooks.

  3. Add the Goodles to the boiling water and cook just shy of al dente, about 7-9 minutes. Drain the water and add the cooked noodles to the ground chicken, along with the cheese packets and milk.

  4. Stir everything together and top with the shredded cheese.

  5. Cover to melt the cheese or pop the pan in a 400ºF oven for 5-10 minutes before serving. (I transferred it to a large glass Tupperware dish that I was going to store it in and popped that into the oven. I doubled the recipe to give us 2 days’ worth for our large family!)
