Air Fryer Teriyaki Salmon

This air-fryer teriyaki salmon is a quick, flavorful main dish made with a simple garlic-ginger sauce and finished with fresh lime and sesame seeds.

A QUICK NOTE

Salmon fillets vary in thickness, so begin checking them a little early. The fish should flake easily with a fork and can be cooked longer in short increments if needed.

COOK TIME

About 12 minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 salmon fillets, or as many as your air fryer can hold without crowding

  • ¼ cup teriyaki sauce

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • ⅛ teaspoon ground ginger, or fresh ginger to taste

  • Lime juice, for finishing

  • Sesame seeds, for garnish

DIRECTIONS

1. Stir together the teriyaki sauce, minced garlic, and ginger. Rub or brush the mixture evenly over the salmon fillets.

2. Place the salmon in the air-fryer basket and cook at 390°F for about 12 minutes. Begin checking early if the fillets are thin.

3. Finish with a squeeze of lime juice and a sprinkle of sesame seeds, then serve.
