Air Fryer Salmon Bites
Ingredients:
2 lb skinless salmon fillets, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 Tbsp olive oil
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp cumin
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Lemon wedges, for serving
Spicy mayo, for serving
Instructions:
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
In a large bowl, add the salmon cubes, olive oil, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper. Toss gently until evenly coated.
Arrange salmon in the air fryer basket in a single layer, leaving space between pieces (don’t let them touch).
Air fry 7–8 minutes, or until cooked through and lightly browned.
Optional: shake the basket halfway through for more even browning. (Totally fine if you skip it—still turns out great.)
Cook in batches as needed.
Serve with a squeeze of lemon and spicy mayo on top.
