Air Fryer Salmon Bites

Ingredients:

  • 2 lb skinless salmon fillets, cut into 1-inch cubes

  • 1 Tbsp olive oil

  • 2 tsp paprika

  • 2 tsp cumin

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp dried thyme

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • Lemon wedges, for serving

  • Spicy mayo, for serving

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.

  2. In a large bowl, add the salmon cubes, olive oil, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper. Toss gently until evenly coated.

  3. Arrange salmon in the air fryer basket in a single layer, leaving space between pieces (don’t let them touch).

  4. Air fry 7–8 minutes, or until cooked through and lightly browned.

    • Optional: shake the basket halfway through for more even browning. (Totally fine if you skip it—still turns out great.)

  5. Cook in batches as needed.

  6. Serve with a squeeze of lemon and spicy mayo on top.
