White Chocolate Brownie Protein Energy Balls (With lactation benefits!)
Ingredients:
- 2 cups rolled oats 
- 3 scoops protein powder (I used Chocolate brownie) 
- 1 Tbsp Ground flaxseed 
- 1 Tbsp cocoa powder 
- 3 Tbsps brewer’s yeast 
- 1 Tbsp PB2 powder 
- 1 tsp cinnamon 
- 2 Tbsps honey 
- ½ cup sugar-free syrup 
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract 
- ⅛ cup Lily’s white chocolate chips (could also use chocolate!) 
- Optional: Depending on your protein powder, if it is not a moldable consistency yet, you may need to add 1 Tbsp peanut butter 
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients (besides the chocolate) into a food processor and blend. 
- After it has a moldable consistency, scoop into a bowl and fold in the chips. 
- Scoop out and roll into balls. 
- Store in the fridge!
